How to Verify that a Device is Registered on my Account

I was told by Silver Springs that my devices (the miniAP and the Milli 5) were registered under my account, but, when I login into my account I am unable to view my devices under the Devices and Orders Tab.  Does anyone have any suggestions where I can view my devices as registered?  Thank you!

There doesn't appear to be an order on your account. Did you receive an email from developerportal@ssni.com with the order details and order number that we can check?
